I started to drink Red Bull when I needed energy to run to my bus when I late for school. I then started to drink tea because it had a good taste. I then went on to coca cola cause I have liked that stuff since I was little. Then I went to coffee to wake me up.
Now I just drink anything with Caffeine and I don't care what it tastes like

At times I find myself craving it. Dispite the fact that is is bad for me to drink too much I find myself drinking 6 cups of coffee even if I want to stop.
When I don't have it I have bad headaches and no energy. I find myself really moody and even my friends have told me to chill out. As soon as I drink caffeine I am okay. All these things I have mentioned goes.
I have tried to stop drinking it and even tried to cut down but I just keep craving it.
Why do I feel like that?
