Angry Temple pain, sudden, short-lived, now more discomfort, less pain

    Hi - About 2 weeks ago -
    • Twitching at right temple, with acute but short-lived pain
    • Happens occasionally, sudden but mostly after some work, etc. During rest or stationary - no problems.
    • Right after I get up in the morning - YES, soon disappears.
    • Has decreased in intensity over the 2 weeks, but still present.
    • Now mostly, I feel LESS pain occuring but more dis-comfort in the sense that I feel the main nerve which *pulses* at the temple, slightly engrossed and I feel also a slight dis-comfort, as if engrossed - the right temple, although not visible.
    • Sometimes, my arm/calf(leg) right-side along with shoulder feels awkward, as if less *power* ; which again improves if I do exercises.
    • Some time back, I had a lot of problems with my LEFT ear, as if FULL, etc. Doctor gave me acetic acid solution which has helped. Now, this new problem, but at RIGHT side temple, above ears.
    • I have constant congestion, so I am taking *Nasonex*, is it because of steroids?
    • Also, I have acid reflux, I am taking Prevacid and I don't feel acid reflux related problems anymore.
    • I used to smoke, recently quit (3 weeks), still taking Comit logenze.
I am really, really worried and getting the panic attacks these days, whenever this pain *hits* me, for 15 to 20 seconds, then ebbs away, the dis-comfort however remains. If I am stationary, i.e. besides my computer, etc. no problems. As I walk around, do stuff, etc. it returns after sometime. Mostly these days the discomfort returns, NOT the pain *as earlier* but I can't say NO pain, just less in amount.

!!! Please help !!! Am worried. My family does NOT have any problems with diabetes, head issues, nerve issues, etc. I have good constipation, no cholesterol, sugar, heart problems, blurry vission, etc.
