Fiance has a fuzzy heavy head - please help

Hi - hope someone can help me. My fiance has been complaining of a heavy, fuzzy and sometimes light head past few days. He developed this headache last Friday and has been with him since. It comes and goes in variations of severe to mild and I am worried sick about him. I am dreading that there is something serious wrong with him. He is in good health and aged 21. He has no other apparent symptoms and rarely has had a headache up until now. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

any diet or drink changes? Did he go to a new place on that day? What has he tried so far? It could be sinus/allergy yuck

I don't think he has any allergy/sinus problems. He has been trying to fight it himself without taking any headache tablets. He still has the headache as of last night.

he hasn't even taken some advil or other pain reliever? If he isn't willing to take or try anything to alleviate the symptoms, i think he needs to go to the doctor. Allergy and sinus symptoms can cause the fuzzy, heavy head feeling.

Sounds alot like sinus related . It can definitely cause a heavy , fuzzy feeling
in the head.
