Headaches left temple, burning left sinus, popping in nose, burning eyes, etc. HELP!

I'm a 31 year old female and have had these symptoms going on for three years. This started after I was seen by a rough chiropractor three years ago. I went in because of a achy lower back and left with daily migraines that I would have for the following six months. After physical therapy for C1/C2 dysfunction and whiplash (presumably caused by the chiro as I've had no accidents), this subsided to the symptoms I have now. Doctors are stumped. Anyone have a clue what this is? Thank you!!!

List of symptoms (sometimes I have all of these happening at once, sometimes just a few):

+ Left side of head gets pain, both sides have strange sensations
+ symptoms come on mid day
+ neck stiffens when symptoms flare up
+ burning eyes
+ burning left sinus, sometimes feels cold when breathing
+ pressure in sinus, popping and air bubbles (but zero congestion or runny nose)
+ ears pop and thump on occasion
+ tingling/cold sensation on forehead, eyebrows
+ occasional headache in left temple
+ pressure/tingling at base of skull
+ raw feeling inside left part of head behind eye


Things that bring on symptoms:

+ sitting still (desk, driving, watching tv)
+ laying with a pillow pressing against the back of my head
+ wearing hats or headbands


Things that temporarily alleviate symptoms:

+ walking, running, exercising, yoga
+ rubbing back of neck or massage
+ using Neck King
+ heat or ice on back of neck
+ putting head upside down
+ laying on side with arm under skull
+ chewing
+ stretching
+ things that make my nose pop (rubbing back of neck, pressing on bridge of nose, turning my head just right, stretching my neck, getting nervous or startled)


Things that stop symptoms:

+ a night of sleep (100% of the time)
+ 30 mins of yoga (90% of the time)


Other possible related things:

+ when symptoms aren't happening sometimes I have excessive post nasal drip
+ vision sharpness has lessened since this began and dark spots in eyes upon waking.
+ before latest chiro, I couldn't lay on my stomach and prop myself up on my elbows without almost passing out. I also couldn't do yoga without getting extremely nauseous.
+ particularly stiff on left side of the back of my neck
+ upper back and shoulder blade area always stiff
+ sometimes my hearing sporadically changes, ears ring and hearing lessens in one


Tests I've had done:

+ Autoimmune blood panel including Sjorgerns & MS. All negative.
+ CT & probe of my sinuses - nothing abnormal, no mucus or blockage.
+ Vitamin D - borderline.
+ Hormone blood panel - all normal.
+ Tested for mold in blood - negative.
+ Two separate allergy tests - all negative.


Doctors I've seen:

+ 2 Orthopedic (one gave me muscle relaxers, other sent me to physical therapy for C1/C2 dysfunction and whiplash)
+ 2 Neurologists (both said I was healthiest person they'd seen, no results)
+ 2 ENTs (found nothing wrong)
+ 2 Allergists (found nothing wrong)
+ General physicians (found nothing wrong)
+ 3 massage therapists (all of which help but only temporarily)
+ 6 chiropractors for 2-4 months each (the latest I saw for the past four months for a total of 30+ visits. He corrected my slumped shoulders, neck curve and posture and did a lot of muscle work like a physical therapist does. He helped immensely, however, if I don't see him every week I don't feel well. Seems as though he only temporarily helps whatever is wrong.)


My general heath/diet:

+ Been a vegetarian since age 11 - I'm now 31.
+ I take these daily: quality multi-vitamin, *5000mcg B12, flax seed oil, COq10, probiotic, 2500iu vitamin D, iron, cal/mag, glucosamine. *I've been on the B12 for two weeks since realizing I'm probably deficient since this is only found in animal products.
+ I strength train 3x week, walk & bike almost daily
+ I don't drink caffeine, alcohol, cow milk, sodas, juices. Only unsweet green tea, coconut milk, freshly made green juice and water.
+ I don't eat a lot of sweets or cheeses or grains or processed food. Mostly vegetables and fruit, beans, nuts, etc.
+ I never get sick, seem to have a strong immune system.
