    Employer took reasonable accommodation away

I am diabetic and have peripheral neuropathy in both feet.
Hr Manager & Safety Manager granted a reasonable accommodation in 2015. Allowing me to wear modified crocs with a steel toe pull over rubbers. They both left the company in the spring of 2017. New Hr & Safety Manager hired in fall of 2017. They said I cannot wear the crocs anymore. So I had to wear Iíll fitting rubber steel toe boots. I got an ulceration on my toe Went to doctor and doctor wrote a note stating that I cannot wear these boots. They walked me out and said I cannot work there unless I wear steel toe boots. 😞
Not sure what my next move should be. Any suggestions?
