my plan is on hold
We have work based insurance and when I called to find out about why my medication is not being refill they tell me the plan is active but on hold, we called HR and the guy said it was going to be solved by last monday, well still the same issue and the people at BCBS don’t know why might be, just that the employer needs too call and fix it. The first time I called something was said about the wire transfer being changed or something, our premiums are being deducted as usual so we don’t know what else to do. I called a few times and they said they’ll fix it but nothing. we are growing tired of being dismissed, the guy at HR never calls back, what should we do? If they are not paying the premiums and still getting the money from us isn’t that illegal? This is been going on since february 1st, at my wits end and don’t know what else to do. My husband talked with a couple of co-workers and also facing the same roadbloack.
