Hello all. I haven't been on the boards in a while. Hope everyone is doing well.
I've been wearing a hearing aid for otosclerosis for about 2 months now. I was too chicken for the stapedectomy surgery.
I've just been reading this week about Ipriflavone possibly being used to treat otosclerosis. Has anyone else out there with otosclerosis ever heard of this?
I figured it couldn't hurt to try, but I can't find any information on how long you would have to take it to see improvement (if any)....so...again...just wondering if anyone knows anything more about this.
