Hi all. I'm new here.

Looking for some help with this one.
For the past several months, I've been dealing with two issues:
1. Whenever I use the phone, my ears throb to the point of being very painful. It feels as tho something is going to burst in them. If I hold the phone to the right ear, the left ear throbs. I also notice this sensation whenever it's breezy outside. Same thing, like a popping or throbbing in my ear. I just went to see an ENT and had a hearing test. Shows conductive loss in the right ear. He thinks I have Otosclerosis and will retest my hearing in 6 months. He had originally mentioned seeing something red behind the ear drum but now he says he doesn't see that.
2. Second issue involves a tooth and the gum around it also on the right side. Periodontist says it's gum disease. I find it hard to believe b/c I have always had cleanings (for years!) 2 times per year....floss daily, use an antiseptic mouthwash, brush with oscillating head toothbrush, etc. The gum is now receding after I had gum flap surgery to clean it out. I'm now facing a gum graft to save the tooth.
My questions are:
Has anyone ever experienced this popping while using the phone or out in the breeze? I'm guessing it has something to do with vibration.
Secondly, do any of you think these two things could be related...and, if so, what might be causing both? I'm very suspicious since both problems are on the right side and in close proximity.
Thanks, in advance, for your help.
