    Sudden hearing loss after mild head trauma

    About a month ago I was hit in the right frontal part of my head with a digging iron. It did not knock me out and didn't even really raise a bump. But I instantly got a kazoo in my left ear, hearing loss, and tinnitus. Now with every step or if I knock lightly on my head, I hear "doink doink doink" in my left ear. Also, my hearing improves with a Valsalva maneuver, which is how I found this site, by searching for this clue. Please reply if you understand it.
