    Unhappy My stapedectomy on 8.9.14

    Hi friends,
    Really need your advice....i had my surgery on 8th september...After the. Surgery when i woke up i was able to lissen others without my hearing aid which i wear on other ear...that night went all fine doctor did scratch test on my ear and next morning some tone test...i wAs able to lissen thatsound on my operated ear... Two days after little dizziness no pain at all..on 3rd day my dizziness become so worst.....not able to walk or sit....it was so worse....Friday i called my surgeon he said come visit him on monday.Also mentioned due to antibiotics my body become so weak may be the reason of dizziness..so he asked me to stop that.....till sunday afternoon had such bad dizziness not able to walk or sit just sleep most of the time.On sunday dizziness was not bad i can walk sit ok...just slightly dizziness. Monday morning went to see surgeon...he did fork test this time i was not able to identify any sound on operated ear.......he remove my packing...but again no change in the sound he prescribed panafcort..and asked him to visit on friday for hearing test...

    I am hearing distorted sound in operated ear....i feel like crying most of the time..pls help me feeling disappointed.......

    Hi, I was wondering how you are doing? I have been reading many posted regarding the stapedectomy procedure as I am uncertain whether to do the surgery or if I should have the bone anchored hearing aid surgery. I hope you are doing well and now have fantastic hearing.
