12 year old holter monitor results.

My daughter is 12 years old. She has a history of WPW. She had an ablation when she was 4. No problems until about a month ago. She started having tachycardia on exertion. I counted it at 182 bpm. We went to our PCP because her Electrophysiologist is 4 hours away. He ordered a 24 hour holter monitor. The results were "ok" although he put her on a beta blocker. I didn't feel comfortable about his diagnosis especially since no 12 lead EKG was done and the physician that read it was an internal medicine doctor, not even cardiologist. So I call the EP the next morning. He ordered an event monitor for 30 days, and scheduled her for the 22nd of September, and since this will be monitored by him and staff 24/7 if something came up and she needed to be seen sooner he would call us. I faxed the report and holter monitor tracings to his office on Friday. It was late because I had to go pick them up, and they won't reopen until Tuesday. Could SOMEONE HELP explain the results. Thank you
Baseline is sinus avg heart rate 93-167.
755 univocal ventricular ectopic beats, 706 single PVCs 49 were VEs there were 12 supraventricular ectopic beats 3 of which were late and 9 were single PACs. Maximum heart rate was 167 bpm in sinus tach. There were 7 HOURS and 17 minutes of tachycardia during the study. The minimum heart rate was 53 BPM in sinus bradycardia. There were 2 minutes of bradycardia during the study There were 3 late beats. The longest R-R interval was 1.4 seconds
She has high blood pressure and diabetes
Can someone Please HELP ME OUT.

Re: 12 year old holter monitor results.

You need to take her to a children's heart doctor, cardio-vascular specialist. A PC will be only do so much, but not for heart issues. Please look for a children's hospital and hook up with a cardio-vascular specialist. Make that trip ASAP, for your daughter's sake. Good luck and get her set up to be properly monitored and checked.
    Hugs for today.
