Troponin-I question

Hello, I had a cardiac panel ran and I am a little curious about the troponin-I level that was at .05 ng/ml, I was wondering if this is a cause for concern. The reference range was from 0-.05 ng/ml. I wouldn't be concerned but after reading about it, it seems there should be a very minimal level of this in the bloodstream. I also had an ekg which was normal and chest x-ray which was normal. My cholesterol is good and cbc is normal with minimal variations on lymph and gran (+/- a few percentages)
