ecg shows moderate intraventricular conduction delay

I had an ECG done a few days ago and the Dr. told me everything looked fine. When my results were posted to my patient portal, I noticed it had a notation that said “moderate intraventricular conduction delay”. Does anyone know what this means? When I look it up, i find all sorts of stuff talking about increased risk of cardiac mortality. Can anyone shed some light on this? Why wouldn’t the Dr mention it?
