Concentric hypertrophy w/o high blood pressure
Hello there! I have received a diagnosis that I am a bit confused by. I am a 32 year old male weighing 183 with height of 5'10". My average blood pressure is 124/80 and I have a good diet. All blood work was good and otherwise I live a healthy life.

I had some chest pains 2-3 months back so I went and got it checked out. My EKG was normal but the ECHO was a bit abnormal apparently. My LV Mass was 176g and LVPWd is 1.3cm. The conclusions was there is concentric hypertrophy of the left ventricle. Everything else is normal. My indexed LVM is 88 which is on the normal zone.

Any insight on how mild of a case this is and if its not high blood pressure causing this then what could be in a young healthy person? Thank you for your time!
