    Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia POTS questions!

I am a newly diagnosed POTS patient and have just undergone some testing including a tilt table test, a blood volume test and a hemodynamics test. I am not fully understanding the report my doctor sent to me. If anyone can help me out with what these test results mean, that would be great!

    Passive tilt test
Baseline EKG showed moderate sinus arrhythmia.
The EKG showed sinus tachycardia with intermittent mild-prominent sinus arrhythmia.
    Conclusion: POTS

    Blood Volume
Normal red cell mass [-5.2%] and mildly increased plasma volume [+12.6%].

    Systemic Hemodynamics
EKG showed low voltage negative P with PR= 180ms, narrow QRS, positive T.
Mild reduction of supine cardiac index at 2.74L/min/M2 with normal cardiopulmonary fraction of total blood volum [15.53%] and hyperdynamic LVEF [73%].
There was severe postural venous pooling [-32.9% vs supine]. Hish normal pulmonary circulation time at 9.1sec.
During 45 degree HUP, EKG showed sinus rhythm; PR=160ms, positive T.

    Echocardiogram
There is diastolic bounce of the interventricular septum.
    There is trivial mitral regurgitation.
There is mild bowing of the anterior mitral valve leaflet, with no change in bowing during valsalva test.

    Thanks for any help!
