What has HELPED get rid of your PAC's & PVC's ?

I found a huge thread about what seems to CAUSE them for people, and I know that here & there we post about what has helped them.

If you've successfully lessened, or even eliminated, your PVC's/PAC's, please tell us how on this thread.

Staying well hydrated, quitting caffeine, eating very little sugar.

I went cold turkey two weeks ago...No caffeine, no sugar. They are gone.
I also added an extra 20 minutes of jogging to my exercise routine. I truly believe cutting out those things will help.

No caffeine, sugar, decongestants. At least 20 min on the treadmill 4 times a week and then 250mg of Magnesium so far is working good for me.

Reducing emotional reactions, mindfulness; for people with ICDs (implantable cardiac defibrillators) there is a direct connection between intense emotions and the heart going out of rhythm
