Lenin or anyone- Might I ask you if it is normal on a beta blocker to see your resting pulse rise when you stay on the same dose. I started on the 3rd and its the 7th my pulse resting was like 64-66-68 yesterday , and now its like 72. Is that normal?

It took a good month for my body to adjust to the BB. And any resting HR between 55-100 is really typically nothing to worry about.

I say stop taking your pulse and do something fun

what about 54 ? Because I was playing a game ( and feeling very tired and relaxed.. and hungry) and it was 54 double checked and basiclly started there for about 10 minutes lol.. second question would be if missing a meal or something to that degree would lower your pulse on a beta locker or anything else. I really do need to know if that is what can happen.
