Well, I'm no doctor, but I've heard when you have tingling in your last two fingers, (pinky and ring finger) it means a pinched Ulnar nerve. (also known as the "funny bone".)

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Seems like I've had this before when I would sit at a park bench and stretch out my arms, and the park bench would compress the Ulnar nerve, which is located around the elbow. I think this is also called the "funny bone".

Your friend may have been in a position that compressed this nerve.

You may also want to post this question in another section of this website relating to nerves. (Neurology?)

If it were me, I'd give this sometime to clear up.

But again, someone correct me if I"m wrong.
