    reading abnormal EKG

I've been having chest pain for about 5 years now, but always had "normal" EKG's. Now I'm being treated for late stage lyme disease, and my EKG's have started changing - recently they've said Rightward Axis but Otherwise Normal EKG. But I had one done yesterday and it said "Rightward Axis, RSR in V1 or V2, and Poor R Wave Progression" which they then said was a "borderline ECG". They didn't explain to me what that meant though and what my next steps should be.

I'm concerned because I've had chest pain for the past couple of weeks and this EKG differs from ones i had even a month ago. I know Lyme can infect my heart or cause endocarditis, myocarditis, etc. I tried doing a Google search, but I couldn't really figure it out. Any info would be appreciated!

might ask your doctor when you see them
i dont know how to read it
normal i think means your not having a heart attack
however im not sure if it means nothing is wrong at all

EKG's are not a very reliable source to use. Im suprised your doctor has not mentioned having an Echo or a Stress Test done. I would definatly ask for those if i were you and having chest pain still.
