How serious is a rightward axis deviation?

I'm a 25 year old around 5"11 and 195 lbs with an average build thats not fit but not exactly really fat either and doesnt smoke. I have been battling really bad anxiety past few months and getting palptations and chest pain and other symtpoms like headache light headness and brain fog.I had an ecg and it showed a borderline slight rightward axis deviation. everything else was normal and showed no problems. I had blood work come back and it was good with no problems. My doctor isn't concerned at all and says nothing is wrong with my heart and its anxiety. i have the tendency to worry over little things and worry that maybe there is something wrong with my heart or that the rightward axis deviation will effect me later in life.
