    Ventricular Tachycardia

Hi, when I was in my early 20's I was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia. My cardiologist (one of the top in my area) said I was young and could manage it through no caffeine and exercise. He also said when I got older I may require treatment. I became a runner for many years, it did help. I would still have palpitations but they seemed minor. However, as I became older my lifestyle has changed significantly and I no longer exercise. Over the past few years the palpitations have increased in frequency and strength. I developed wheezing and coughing with exercise. Lately I feel very fatigued, short of breath, often break into sweat and have frequent dizziness even at rest. I'm overweight so I've attributed my symptoms to that. Lately I feel that it's more then that. Especially since I've had a piercing feeling on the center inner edge of my left breast and shoots straight through to my left shoulder blade and stops after a few seconds. It's not menopause because my PCP did all my blood work and it's all normal. I don't have high blood pressure but I was feeling bad and saw my Dr. My last 2 reading have been a little high. I see the cardiologist tomorrow and I'm worried. Does it sound serious?
