When i was kinda sick to my stomach, i could snack on salty popcorn. When i felt like i could eat, ramen noodles went down pretty good. Also, I wallpapered the broom closet door with stickers from fresh fruit...(if your wbc is low, you should have canned fruit to avoid infections from other people...)
if you follow directions from doctors to drink copious amounts of fluids (water) to curb side-effects, you need to consider suppliments of salt and potassium (i think the docs and nurses should tell patients this, but didn't me) it is very important to keep your electrolytes in balance. It is
dangerous to try to correct an imbalance by taking too much in at once. (that was also not discussed with me prior to {ever}) Be careful
