bevann26 Senior Veteran (female) Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: cape coral, FL Posts: 615	hiatal hernia surgery hi to all, and a happy new year!! i am going in for hiatal hernia surgery on jan 2. doc said it is huge, so, he needs to repair it with open surgery. i was wondering if anyone here has had this surgery? if so, was there alot of pain, bad feeling afterwards, etc. any feed back i will welcome, i am nervous about this surgery.....thanks bevann
