    Adult Umbelical Hernia

    I'm a 22 year old female, about 5'4 120 pounds.

I was 18 when I had my son and with my small frame I got BIG.

After the birth of my son my belly button seemed like it just decided to stay half out, and due to the size changes from pre pregnant to way pregnant, I chalked it up to that infamous baby body I was doomed with.

3 Years after the birth of my son at my gyn appointment the doctor pointed it out and said "you know that's hernia
right? you should get that checked out"

Well no, I didn't know? I have had issues with horrible abdominal pelvic pain, do you think this is contributing to it?

    I've read adult hernia is
unsafe because it won't fix itself?

I have no insurance, is this something I need to get done?

    How?
