 Painful intercourse - please help!
Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone could please help. Since I was diagnosed with genital herpes (HSV 2), intercourse has been incredibly painful for me. This is going on two years. I don't really "break out" and have had one or two sores since diagnosis. It's just that penetration is really painful, sometimes it gets better after a few thrusts but it's getting to the point where it's ruining me and my partners sex life. I have heard Lysine supplements and topical application of coconut oil have helped others - please let me know if any of these or anything else has worked for you!!
