    Has anyone tried reishi mushrooms?
    Just read in the November issue of Prevention that reishi mushrooms has anti-herpes action. Anyone tried this before?

    I tried reishi drops for a while because I read that it is a great immune system stimulant, but it was very expensive and didn't seem to make much difference. However, everyone reacts differently, so it may be of some use to you.
