Question Can Anemia Affect Blood Pressure!!!!

Can anemia affect your blood pressure.....

I am on iron for anemia.....however now.....I am having high blood pressure readings....when I am active 160's over 90's......

Could this be caused by anemia????

Usually when U are anemic, your BP is low. When I was pregnant with my children, I always got anemic, and my BP was about 90/60. Are U drinking enough fluids, as sometimes dehydration happens with anemia, and I know dehydration can cause high readings. To be on the safe side, consult with your dr. and ask what could be causing your high readings. Best wishes..
