Blood pressure increase with a normal pulse during exercise?

So the other day i was doing some light exercise and i took my bp, it was 151/88 but my pulse was 67 took it again 10 min later and it was 131/72 at 67 bpm. I noticed during sex, my partner says it looks like i am holding my breath, but its actually hard for me to breath heavy during sex. Could this be a result of my bp med? The last thing i noticed is that i feel so strange during sex when i am leaning forward its like the blood is not circulating properly real strange, maybe a common side effect?
