Unhappy Neg Test but symptoms prevail.

Hey guys, first time poster here. The story goes as follows, back in january I had unprotected sex with a girl I had just met (the penetration lasted under a minute). I tested for HIV at 4 weeks (2nd gen. ELISA), 6 and 12 weeks (4th generation antibody test) all of them were negative. Just after I received my results I had unprotected sex with my regular partner (who I am sure is HIV negative), two weeks after that, she started having diarrhea, flu symptoms and myalgia. I too had diarrhea and a sore throat at 8 weeks post exposure. What do you guys think? I was told by the nurse who did the testing that I shouldn't worry any longer, but my gf's symptoms are really worrying me.

Your first exposure is conclusive, you dont have HIV from that. If you do not know your partners status then you are again at risk of HIV, but you cannot give her what you dont have and thats HIV.

Thanks man, I am REALLY sure about her negative status, but was afraid of asking her to get tested because of me. I guess I'll just have to move on, take care friend.
