Testosterone and FSH levels

I was having a little pain in my right breast. The doc said it was likely gynecomastia and did a series of hormone blood work. All were normal except the FSH level. It was 17, in the test results I got it said normal range was 1.6-11.0 MIU/ML. I have checked around and seen normal levels for an adult male as high 12.4, then another site said it was 20. Should I be concerned?

My Testosterone, TOTAL level was 3.78. There was no standard range in the results given to me by the doctor. All the results I have looked at from others at different sites have the Testosterone levels in the hundreds. Is my level that low or does the lab used measure it differently?
