spotting and cramping

What could spotting and cramping be six days after my period? I am 47 and have been very regular.

Re: spotting and cramping

It could be bowel problems (esp the cramping). The spotting needs to be looked at. If your doctor does a pap, ask him/her to also run an HPV/dna test. It will tell you and the doctor if you have an active HPV infection.
