AIS Waiting on cone biopsy results and trying to read colp results (AIS) HELP!

God Bless you all! I assume no one is here for a good time I am grateful to find a place I can share my journey with and hope I can help others along the way!
I have been diagnosed with hpv and the my colpo biopsy came back saying sections of a 12 o'clock cervical biopsy show bunch of stuff including crowding, mitotic activity, and nuclear enlargement with coarse chromatin. Also areas of cribiform growth"There is a focal area with ssuamous cytoplasmatic differentiation, however the majority of the lesion shows stratified epithelium with mucin and round, irregular, and mildly enlarged nuclei with increased mitotic rate, consistent with stratified mucin-producing intraepithelial lesion. This lesion is considered to be a form of AIS"
The EEC biopsy was negative for cytologic atypic and for glandular hyperplasia, but noted severe endocervicitis w/ reactive glandular changes.
The endometrial biopsy looked better, just severe endocervicitis w/ reactive glandular changes

Any help is much appreciated....I am not going anywhere

Sounds pretty bad and my gyno seems clueless. cone was monday and no results test from that. Anyone that can make anything of this, I am trying to be strong, but I want to be aware!
    God Bless you all!!!
