    Anxiety and health worries

I had many anxiety attacks, the first started a few years back and I was convinced I was having anaphylactic from something I might have become allergic too..

well now I actually have anaphylaxis, I ate mushrooms and had a very serious episode. I wonder if it was a self fulfilling prophecy, I was so worried I was going to get an anaphylactic attack.. it eventually actually happened...

anyway I have this constant worry these symptoms are because I might have cancer.. I know I probably don't, like I am sure the doctors know more about It than I. I check my body once a month for lumps, but I still cant push away the worry.

I imagine I had cancer worries more than a year ago.. surely I would be stage 2 or 3 by now.. so I'm clearly just getting myself into a tiss over nothing.

this anxiety I have always has certainly given me a lot of worry.. a serious bucket load of worry... like 10/10 always.
it makes me think the worse is going to happen to me.. like I am going to die..
    so scary!

Have you discussed it with your doctor and requested to be referred to therapy/counselling?

Have you had extensive testing for allergies? Do epi pens work effectively for you?
Are you on other meds for allergy control?

Hope you were able to enjoy your holiday without too many health setbacks.
