Hypoglycemia and vision loss?

I haven't been diagnosed, but it was noted during a physical that my blood glucose was 69 after eating.

I have had undiagnosed permanent vision loss in the form of scotomata for the past 4 years. Only one of them occurred recently.

Recently, I have also suffered greatly with mood swings and short term memory loss. Other times, I have had episodes of collapse, severe weakness and numbness/tingling.

None of my doctors have thought to test my blood sugar, and it only occurred to me after the physical. Could chronic hypoglycemia cause these symptoms?
