    How long after Hyster for more energy?
    I had my hysterectomy on 5-12. I am suppose to go back to work on 6-18. My only concern is that I get fatiqued real quick. Generally speaking, how long after a hysterectomy will I have more energy?

    I don't know what type of hysterectomy you had, but I had a TAH BSO on 4/15th and at about 4 weeks post-op, I was ready to resume most activities except any kind of moderate lifting, from fear of getting adhesions. Now at 8 weeks post op, I feel fantastic and am back to normal except for a swelly belly after strenuous activity such as gardening, cleaning, etc.
