prolapse, what to leave in take out??

uterine, blabber and rectum prolapse. very active 45 yr old, hysto recomended, suspend and tie up everything else.Is mesh a bad road to take for uterus if I am very active, would it mean surgury again? If I go hysto will I lose sensation? Im a mother of 4 and want to contiue to be very active, would uterine suspension slow me down in having to be carful? How do you know to keep cervix?
