Question Immunocompromized?!

I'm 21 years old and when I was 15 I got Mono/Glandular Fever. It took me a long time to recover. For the first 2-3 years I always seemed to have a cold or a flu. Also, when ever I got a cut it'd either get infected and I'd have to go on antibiotics or it'd get red and throb.

I'm not as bad as I use to be. I also have Celiac Disease and possibly another connective tissue autoimmune disease.

My doctor said that my last blood test showed 'the immune fighting' things were elevated.

Is there anything I need to be cautious about? Or know about? I've heard that live vaccines are a no-go. Is this true?
