Almost Clear Breastmilk...

How can I make my breastmilk richer? I never had this problem with my first two. My milk was creamy and when it separted there was a thick layer of fat. I do not have this as much with my third and it's affecting her weight. Please help, I feel awful and want to make my breast milk richer and fattier. Thanks so much,

Re: Almost Clear Breastmilk...

Maybe you have an oversupply and when you pump you aren't getting much hindmilk. We went through this. It takes longer to pump but it will eventually come. The foremilk always comes first and it is really watery sometimes.
