16 month old constipated after switching her to whole milk?

so the past 2 months we would give her one of her 3 bottles made of whole milk, but yesterday, we started giving her all of her bottle feeds whole milk, shes been constipated ever since. I gave her some prune juice and it worked right away. Im assuming the milk is causing this?

do i have to give her prune juice everyday? wouldnt that cause gas and dependency? will the constipation ease up eventually when her body gets used to it?

    what do you guys think?

The same happened to my son.......i just made sure that he ate more fruit and veg and drank more fluids...water diluted juice etc. If i am not careful and he does not have his 5 a day fruit and veg he gets constipated again.

Hope you and your bump are doing well.
