I have a small wound that wont heal.[3 weeks] Is this MRSA???

A little over 3-4 weeks ago i noticed that I had this wart like growth in between my middle and ring finger...stupidly i tried to "pop" it and the skin got irritated ...

i thought oh well it'll heal on its own..so i neglected it for about a week or so. mind you im a very clean person so its not like i was dipping my hand in cloudy rivers or anything.

about 1 week into it i noticed that the wound wasnt healing properly and thats when i began to use a bandage and neosporin and all that.

its now been about 3 weeks and the wound will not close or scab or heal!?

i had two small cuts on my hand that occured around the same time and both of those hav healed completely (so i know its not a general problem with my body...its a problem localized to THIS wound in particular)

im really worried last week i saw a doctor at a low income hospital (im a college student with no health insurance) and he basicaly didnt hav any idea of what he was looking at, prescribed some antibiotics and told me to go see the dermatologist surgeon for 60 bucks

i did my own research and went to a wound specialist here in LA (luckily he did it for free) he looked at it and said that he doesnt think its staph infection or mrsa (something i was really worried about),...however i dont know how he could tell considering that he didnt even take a culture sample... and though hes a wound specialist even he didnt realy know why it wasnt healing he told me to just keep it clean and covered and that if in 2 weeks it STILL doesnt heal for me to call him

but i dont think i can wait that long!!! im so scared about why this wound isnt healing? everyday it exudes like a clear yellow fluid (not pus) and it will form a crust around the wound...but it wont close or heal or scab...

does anyone have ANY idea what this is? could it be MRSA?

what can i do to take care of it? i read that MANUKA honey is good for mrsa?
