Had IUI - Caffeine not recommended?

I had an IUI on July 5th. I'm also going through Lexapro withdrawal (antidepressant). I have nausea, dizziness, and extreme fatigue, so
I don't know how much of it is pregancy (I wish!) and how much is the
    medication withdrawal.

My question -- I probably shouldn't drink caffeine, correct? I only have caffeine once a week because when we go out to lunch, nobody has diet sprite. It's all diet coke or pepsi and I'm off sugar as well.

I'm so tired right now. Can I make a cup of coffee or is the risk just not worth it? My tummy has been hurting, too. I'm on the South Beach Diet (recommended by my RE because I'm overweight and pre-diabetic) so I can't eat crackers.

    UGH...I feel like crap. Advice????

(P.S. I'm eating lots of protein, veggies, some fruit, and good food, so don't worry about the diet! When I'm pregnant I will increase my good-carbs!!!)

    *hoping I'm pregnant*

i have been told 1 cup of coffee is okay. but the diet soda isn't because of the saccarine. after all the research i've done... i won't go near diet anything because of the saccarine. the only thing that is "safe" for pregnancy is splenda because it is actually made from sugar but i won't go near it.. if i am going to have sugar i just each sugar... but a very small amount. i have been told though herbal teas are good.

Well, guess what! Diet Rite is made with Splenda and also has no sodium!
It tastes pretty good, too. My insulin levels were too high so I must stay
off sugar so I don't become diabetic.
