Dry Orgasm/trying to concieve

Help! My husband and I want a baby so bad,but he has dry orgasm. He is 26 , has no prostate issues,no injuries ,no surgeries, no bloockage. We went to an endo and they did blood work which came back that he has low testosterone..156 I believe. They perscribed him Androgel to help with that but will he ever to have semen/sperm? What is causing this? He is so young and said he has always had dry orgasm. I obviously cant get pregnant if there is no sperm at all..Is low T the sole cause of this? Please tell me there is hope for us.Thanks

Is his urine ever cloudy after orgasm? If so, it may be that he is having retrograde ejaculation. I'm not sure what the treatment is for this but I do know that sperm can be removed from the testicles with a needle, if need be. Not something I would think would be particularly enjoyable. It sounds like he needs to visit a urologist though, rather than an endocrinologist. Best of luck!

No Bee01,its not..thats the thing I have done research on here until I am blue in the face with no answers. There has to be someone with dry orgasm that can shed some light.I just want to know if a man with dry orgasm has ever been able to father a child the natural way . Thank you for posting though!

Either way, he needs to visit a urologist, not an endocrinologist.
Hope you figure this out.

My first suggestions is don't read too much on the internet....it will only worry you more. I would agree with beeo1. He needs to go see a urologist. Any good RE would recommend that anyway. Best of luck to you both, hope you get some answers!
