Angry First time with labs... when will it go??

Howdy all! Nice to meet you.
About a month and a half ago, I felt a little weird coming home. Nothing crazy, just a tickle in my throat and a woozy feeling I associated with coming down with a cold. I didn't think much of it, even when I felt worse, just thinking it would go away. I never assumed it could spread, but I should have seen it coming with my history of ear problems. (clotting wax, deep canals, previous middle ear issues a few years ago) I'm on week 7 of my struggle with Labs, and feeling much better, but still not quite myself.

WHEN IT FIRST STARTED (LASTING ABOUT 3 WEEKS):
-Ringing in ears. One of the first symptoms to show. Started loudly in the left, then went to both. Sometimes switches sides. Sounds a little like short-circuiting wires, a rainstick, and simple ringing. (worse when walking)
    -Headaches
-Lost all of my appetite, felt very nauseous almost to the point of vomiting, lost 11 pounds in one week from not eating
-Sudden intolerance to motion, easily carsick and airsick
-Random vertigo spells throughout the day, persistent dizziness
    -Hearing feels muffled
-Full feeling in ears, lots of popping
-Pain in the ear/ middle jaw area, does't feel like it's in a place I can reach or feel
    -Sore throat
    -Extremely tired
-Lack of balance, avoided the shower for fear of falling over (worse when walking)
-Sore eyes (this was pretty much only the first week but has since returned)
-Warped vision in right eye, very blurry, sometimes swirly and involuntarily zooming on things like a camera (worse when walking)
-Everything worse on "those womanly times"

I was better for about 2 weeks, and even started eating again. I still didn't feel 100%, but I was better. Then I caught another cold, sadly around my birthday, and had a massive relapse. Again, no eating, worsened ringing, the whole enchilada.

Now, here we are, on week 7, after seeing an ENT who was almost certain it was Labs. He put me on some anti-inflammatory steroids but they're running out. Currently, I'm slowly eating again. My right eye is still screwy. Still very tired. My ears still feel gross, ringing, etc. On the bright side I'm a lot less dizzy and even managed to skate at a party last week. But I just want an estimate... when will this go? I'm so sick of feeling... well... sick! Also it would be nice to have some peace and quiet without these pained ears.
