    After Balance vertigo

I had my balance test 2 days ago (Wed).

Last night (Thurs) evening, I had a crazy case of Vertigo.
I would stand up, and feel dizzy and then I would get used to it,
and then I would lay down, get dizzy, get used to it,and it would be ok.

I'm a little better today, Friday, but I still have some residual effects.

My question is that: is it possible that this is an after effect of the balance testing?

I had ALL the tests,VNG, VEMP, Rotary chair including the blowing hot and cold air in my ears, in fact, both hot and cold air made me dizzy.. hot air more than cold... and the audiologist, didn't even do my left ear with hot air, because I was getting too nauseous.

My story: had a car accident back in late Sept (rear ended twice), and since then I have had some balance issues, which is why I had the balance testing. But, I haven't had this "vertigo" yet, until last night....

    Any thoughts would be appreciated!
