Itchy ear, roof of mouth & other things that go bump in the night....

Hi All, does anybody else get itchy ears (and i mean really really drive me mad, can't get to scratch them) itchy ears, and the roof of mouth. If so do you have any idea why, or how to stop it.

Another weird question, does anybody else get phantom itchy spots ? i.e. you get an itchy spot on your body but when you scratch it doesn't feel like it's there. I feel completely insane asking this, but what's a girl to do. I am on cipralex, could it be a side effect of that.

I get the itchy ear, I feel like poking a knitting needle in there to get to it, not noticed the roof of the mouth though.
When you say "you get an itchy spot on your body but when you scratch it doesn't feel like it's there" do you mean you can't feel the itch when you've scratched it, or that no amount os scratching will get rid of it or is the itchy patch sort of numb??

Yes I get a sort of tickly feeling when I rub it, it feels numb. but if I pinch it I can feel that?? I did ask doctor about it she shrugged her shoulders???
I shouldn't worry too much about losing your mind, mine went years ago!

Itching in the roof of your mouth is allergies. One of the best pills for allergies that I have tried is Reactine. Try this med and see if it helps.
