Has anyone had results with working out?

I recently hired a trainer, and am doing an hour each day of physical exercise @ the gym. For the past two weeks I've felt terrible inner ear wise, I'm hoping I'll get better and this passes. Question...should I try to include some form of VRT on top of this and has anyone had results from working out, i.e Eliptical, Treadmill, Swimming?

It couldn't hurt to do VRTs after you've fully recovered from symptoms that are aggravated from working out. You may want to wait until youv'e adjusted to the new workout regime. Good luck!
