VRT update

hey guys. VRT seems to be working. excersises are getting easier as i do them more.

the one thing that really gets me dizzy still is when i move my head fast. i tried dancing around alittle bit and everytime i turned my head really fast i got dizzy. anyone else get this? is like when i turn it side to side really fast or in like a sideways manner. really strange.

Re: VRT update

C&R..that is really great! I would love to hear what exercises you do. My doctor said I don't need to do them...but I think I will add a few. I too am doing so much more...honestly, I have jumped to a great new level. I use to drag, go to bed and not sleep well...really still have some bad struggle days. Not anymore. I am not 100%, but don't feel like I get the horrible "Pay back" i use to...make sense?

Are you doing the gaze stabilization exercises where you turn your head side to side while focussing on a letter?

Re: VRT update

If you are also taking migraine preventatives I would think it more likely your improvement is as a result of those.

You can always test that.. if MAV is the cause of dizziness you'll be back to square one if you stop the meds.

Weren't you doing VRT for the past few years?

Good to hear you are attacking it from both sides.. hard to lose that way.

actually no. i never kept up with the VRTs. i always gave up and was dumb for a long time. now ive been doing them for a month tomorrow.

im taking thye MAV meds also because i have a history of headaches and my mom has them real bad.

my main problem is my eyes now. i think the tracking and the gaze excersises will help
