    Amitriptyline for MAV

To those of you who are taking amitriptyline for MAV, and getting relief - what dosage are you on? I am currently taking 40 mg at night. I think the amitriptyline is helping a little, but haven't noticed any change since upping the dose from 20 mg (went up to 30, waited a couple of months, then upped the dose to 40 a few weeks ago). I'm wondering if anyone has noticed improvement by upping the dose even further?

    Hi Annette,

I am on Nortriptalyne 75mg and just went to 85 mg. I have noticed a change from how I was a few months ago.
