Do i go to work after disagoned with Labyrinthitis

Do i go to work? My doctor thinks that I may have developed migraine associated vertigo so he gave me prochlorperazine tablets 3 times a day for 2wks. I don't really understand what cause it? I'm deaf myself, would appicate for full explaination. It is awful feel dizzy and vomit, few days later i still feel not 100% especially with my driving. Please advise. Thank you in an advance.
