    Eustachian tube - PET???

for the last 3 years i have had the following symptoms:
My own speech or other self-generated noises (e.g. heartbeat, breathing, creaking joints, chewing, swallowing) are heard very loud in my head as if I am in a barrel (Autophony??)

Dizziness - when ears pop, blowing nose, sneezing

    Loss of balance when walking

the sound of my footsteps when walking or running are very loud in my head

A feeling of fullness/pressure in ears

    Ear aches

    Fatigue

    Loose voice - it cracks

Hear neck joint loudly in head when turning. Crackling noise.

I have seen four different doctors (3 ENT specialists) in Henderson NV and no one can diagnose this problem. it looks like i will have to find someone out of state but am not sure where to go. I have had tubes to open the eustachian but that did not help at all. I have read there is a disorder called Patulous Eustachian Tube dysfunction and am wondering if that is what i have. it seems to be extremely difficult to diagnose.

If anyone has any ideas, i appreciate the help.

    Thanks.

Sounds like superior canal dehiscence. A lot of the symptoms you mention are a part of this.
